Chakras have been called the “spiritual anatomy” of the body. These energy centres each have their own unique qualities and are located from the base of the spine to the top of the head.

Each of the seven centres represents major areas of our lives. You will learn to explore, examine and understand the issues and beliefs associated with each area. With this understanding, you will look more deeply within yourself and know how you can begin to restore balance in your life.

You will also learn a wonderful technique that shows you how to clear and balance each of the chakras. This technique can be used for yourself or others.

This one-day workshop is a combination of lecture, discussion and practical application. It provides the foundation for the upcoming 7-week series; each 2-hour evening workshop with cover a different chakra.
